Monda Menu and Other Things a

well i have decided to abandon my other blog i just can not keep up with one much less 2 so i will be trying to move over the other blog to here and then deleting it and it will be easier for my family to keep up too i think
i went to the Dr today hoping he will help me with the headaches it was a visit for the diabetes well my a1a went up to 8, but i was not surprised my sugars have been going up and down for 2 months now so he uped my oral medicines and nagged me about exercising he thinks it could have something to do with the fibroid and the sinus infection so he wants me to go to my GP to see if they can get rid of all my congestion hmm it has been over a year now, remember all that mess in July? and i don't know if i want to go to another Dr. i am so scared that i am i don't know i just hate being sick all the time and i feel like i am to young to have all these health problems i really do not want to go to a other Dr
well there was some good news i lost 8 lbs since Dec. yea and my cholesterol, the good was so high they could not measure the bad ever heard of that? James gets his so high that they can not measure his and when he first started talking i was afraid he was going to say that even though i have never had any problems my blood pressure was a little high for me 100/72 but still excellent and he thinks that is was because i seemed so stress about telling him how lousy i am feeling lol
we went to the Lockharts yesterday for the Super Bowl Lael made craw fish OMG i lost count i had so much that when i walked home during 1/2 time i thought i was going to burst they had all kinds of Cajun food boudin, jambalaya, red beans and rice Danny bought some jambalaya that man can cook, they also had several kings cakes and a couple came from "the shop" i am not sure where it is but it is some where in NO and Nancy brings me cake from there james and the boys stayed until the bitter end or pretty close ( again i was not feeling good so i left early)

ok now on to Monday Menu

• Monday- we had fajitas they were soo good i put them on the pit while the boys were off to tennis and i made tortillas ummm) i had bought the meat at sams about 2 weeks ago and it was on clearance so i marinated it before i tossed it in the freezer i still have 2 more bags)
  
• Tuesday- today is Jason BD , James will be out of town but i will take him out to eat and fri we will celebrate his BD when James comes home..:) he still has not decided where he wants to go.
• Wednesday- Sloppy Joes and salad ( i will eat the left over fajitas in a salad for lunch)
  
• Thursday-cheese crust filled Pizza and salad
• Friday- White chili i got the recipe from my friend Emily she uses McCormick stuff and her crock pot so we will see
• Saturday- Nachos
• Sunday- pork chops, baked potatoes and salad

i will make oatmeal, yogurt, eggs for breakfast for the boys and myself in the morning and i have all the WW meals to eat for lunch i am trying very hard to weigh and measure all my food that is one goal for this month ( by the way i went by all my other ones last month EXCEPT for the one to put up 101 things Rachel please i really need your help here) well have a good week everyone

well Friday we went to see the Percy Jackson Movie and meet up with a bunch of other people so ended up at Lupes sooo we had the Chili on Saturday and on Wednesday the boys both felt ugg tired they said ( i think it was the cold) anyway all they wanted was soup so soup it was. i do think that we did keep up with our menu pretty good oh and for his birthday Jason wanted Princes Hamburgers so that is what we had Tuesday
