I Have been trying to get this up for days, but my electricity keeps going off every time i press post, so i will give this another try. we are the only one around here who the internet even works, good old ATT, Comcast is out,so no cable, but that's ok we are still a lot luckier then most. Hector has started the clean up at his house and is staying at a motel for now, he has help with some friends, Rene has opened the bakery, i have not been there but hopefully i will go this weekend to see the damage, i talked to my cousin Mary Ann ( They are still living in one house with my aunt and other cousins, no electricity) and she said that her sister Sylvia went by and it was pretty bad, so we will have to wait and see. Melissa will be here soon she will stay here while James and Alecia do a Wendy's convention in SA. the boys should be back in school Wednesday, i am telling you those boys have been a huge help. ok i found this story online last night and it has been bothering me all night long, what amazes me is that we are having a hard time with food, no one has any. i went to HEB yesterday and there was 1 last loaf of bread that i snatched from a women before she got to it, they had a lot of donuts so i bought those but almost all the shelf's were empty. i had to beg, steal and borrow for ice for days, HEB received the ice the day after i stood in the line. anyway i felt guilty taking water ( which i am glad i did in the long run, still none at HEB as of last night) we still have not cleaned out the freezer the stink is keeping me away. and let me assure you guys we are VERY VERY lucky we have had food that we stocked up on and shared with our neighbors but when i read this story, and will with all the damage done in Baytown how can some one do this any way here goes. it seems i will have to make this a separate post so read on, i posted the news first so you should read this first.
