I Had to post, i know it has been forever so sorry but i always seem so very busy anyway LeeAnn, Jimmy's friend Jessica And my self did tamales again this year we went a little crazy we ended up making Chicken, Pork, Venison, Beans, Chicken with Beans and Jalapeños, Beans with Cheese and Jalapeños. we even got to the point that we were just mixing everything together. we ended up with at least 20 dz i lost count, but 2 of the big pots and we kept some raw too omg they came out so good i will have to laminate mom's recipe though because it is getting a little worn out this is the 3rd year i have done this since Mom Passed and each year i think i am getting a little bit better
